If you are not getting the attention on your fault that has been logged, you need to escalate to the councillor and the Municipality. Do this by emailing both the Councillor and the Eservices. Please see below template for you to use. Please include us by adding us to the To line with the email address hello@unityincommunity.org.za as we keep track of escalated faults.
