On 31 January 2026, Councillor Samantha followed up with the City Manager for intervention based on our open Letter.

We will continue to hold both the Municipality and the Councillor accountable for feedback on the very important issues detailed in our open letter. It has been a month and we are yet to receive priority from eThekwini in response to our communities concerns.
