1. Respect & Conduct
- Zero Tolerance: No rude behavior, bad language, racism, or offensive religious remarks.
- Professionalism: Treat our Councillor and volunteer Admins with courtesy. They are here to assist the community.
- Rights: Respect all members' rights as per the Constitution of RSA.
2. Content Standards
- Appropriate Media: No pornography or nudes.
- Crime Posts: No graphic images of active crime scenes or faces of criminals. Please post these in the dedicated Crime Group.
- No Spam/Ads: No advertising or political content. We are a strictly apolitical group.
3. Group Focus
- Stay on Topic: Keep discussions relevant to community matters.
- Fault Reporting: Log official faults first. Post your Ref# here only when requesting an escalation.
- Privacy (POPIA): By remaining in this group, you agree to respect member privacy. Admins are not liable for POPIA infringements by members.
4. Management
- Notifications: Please mute the group if the alert volume is high.
- Enforcement: Rule violations result in one warning. A second offense will result in immediate removal.
