Initiatives: Adopt a Park

September 21, 2025

We are extremely fortunate that we have two Parks in our precinct, One being Dowland Park and the other being Angle Park. We would like to adopt these parks and make them safe spaces for Families to enjoy these amenities within our community.

Working together with the community, we would like to:

Hold a Community Cleanup of these Parks (Date to be Confirmed)

Engage with the Municipality to allow us ensure that the appointed service providers cut the grass correctly and regulary

Request that Gym equipment be installed by Ethekwini

Request that Braai Areas, Access to water are established

Request that Parks and Gardens beautify the area with Indigenous plants

Hold Regular Community Meet & Greet and Family Days
