Hi CommUNITY,

At times, it is difficult for admins to keep track of all faults. We try our very best, however, it often gets lost in the chat. You can help us by emailing us the outstanding fault with the associated reference number so that we can track and escalate outstanding issues.

Please remember eThekwini has its own turnaround times. If you have seen inaction on a fault within at least 5 working days, please email us at hello@unityincommunity.org.za with the reference number, pictures, and any other relevant information so we can find out why it is stuck.

Working together is how we get faults resolved, and we depend on you for feedback and to nudge us. We are human, we do forget, and as volunteer,this is "best effort" on our part so the nudge is always appreciated and even welcomed.
